Sometimes it feels as if we should avoid syntheitc materials when exercising or practicing yoga.  Then this beautiful hand woven cotton dhurrie is the solution. It won't work if you need traction with the floor but is a much gentler option for those exercises and poses that don't need traction and for when it is just too hot and sweaty for nuprene.
