Pics & Poses Tulden - Folding Cushion

 
These tuldens are perfect for meditation and some yoga poses or just to add extra seating at home.  They fold up and have a carrystrap so are ideal for taking to yoga classes.
 
 Each one is stuffed with tailor's waste making them a great upcycled product. The colour and pattern of each piece may vary according to available frabic. 
 
They are made in Leh, Ladakh high in the Himalayas by men and women with disabilities who would otherwise have not gainful employment. We know they are great for meditation because the Buddhist monks across Ladakh buy them for their monestries.
